2. After receiving the feedback of quality information, I will give Suggestions within 24 hours and arrive at the scene in time to deal with the problem. After the normal operation, I will analyze the reasons and clarify the responsibilities.
3. Provide necessary technical documents and product qualification certificates for the ex-factory products.
4. Timely provide spare parts, spare parts, installation, commissioning, maintenance services and technical training for relevant personnel of customers according to customer needs or agreements.
5. For large engineering projects, production, testing and inspection shall be organized according to the requirements of the bidding documents, and on-site acceptance shall be coordinated with customers.
6. Organize purchasing of raw materials and parts and production and inspection of products in strict accordance with IS09001 standards.
In the process of using the product, if found that the product can not be used normally, customers can immediately consult with the marketing center after-sales service department, and will be used the product model, specifications, use environment, fault, purchase date and service requirements to explain in detail.After the service department after the sale puts forward the disposal proposal, but still can not solve, then decide to send people or other treatment.
